    It gives wines with soft tannins, medium acidity, and aromas of red fruits (cherry, plum), often with notes of herbs or chocolate. They are rounder and softer on the palate compared to Cabernet Sauvignon.

    Syrah

    It gives dense wines with rich aromas of red and black fruits (blackberry, plum) and characteristic notes of black pepper, tobacco, or even leather. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with intense tannins and good structure.

    Xinomavro

    It produces wines with high acidity, strong tannins, and complex aromas that evolve with aging: from red fruits (cranberry, strawberry) and flowers, to tomato, olive, spices, and leather. It is often compared to Nebbiolo.

Red Semi-sweet Wine, P.G.I. Imathia. Organic wine from Xinomavro, Merlot, Syrah with alcohol content 13%, aged for 3 years in oak barrels. Its velvety sweet taste can be enjoyed with fruits, sweets, and nuts. Ideal for everyday dishes or as a dessert. Serve chilled at 14°C.

The vineyards and the Winery of Kelesidi Estate are located in Giannakochori, in a privileged area of Naoussa at an altitude of 310 meters. The total area of the vineyard reaches 45 acres with organic cultivation. The Kelesidi family aims to produce high-quality wines from organic grapes, with low yield per acre standing out for their distinctive taste. The Winery has a production capacity of 13,000 bottles per year.

Best accompanied by savory dishes such as meats, pasta, and cheeses, but also as a digestif after a meal.
