Ναι Κ την γαλλική Κ το εύκολο ..Το χρησιμοποιώ Κ για ζύμωμα φούσκωμα Κ για τσουρέκι Κ για ψωμί που μετά βάζω στον φούρνο αν θέλω...
450 γραμμάρια νερό 700 γραμμάρια αλεύρι μία κουταλιά του γλυκού αλάτι μία κουταλιά του γλυκού ζάχαρη έξι γραμμάρια ξερή μαγιά!!
