At first, I was skeptical but it worked perfectly for me. Hair falls out only when we do not provide care and hydration. Once a week is enough for this specific product, and never at the roots of the hair. It leaves them soft and shiny!

I bought the whole range of products and I was very satisfied. I have curly and thick hair, but I use them both when straightening and when leaving them curly. All the products in this range give an amazing shine and it is very easy to straighten them whenever I want. I highly recommend all the products in the series, they are miraculous

After using it, I noticed crazy hair loss, apart from the fact that it didn't help my hair at all, unlike the other products in the same line.

I believe it does what it promises, but it requires a lot of attention to be on the hair for only 8 seconds. Otherwise, it may have the result mentioned in other comments. I feel my hair is fuller and softer.

It burns the hair.... After two months of use, my hair became full of split ends... and in some areas, it looks like it's been burned...

Do not buy it, whole tufts of hair started falling out two months after I started using it. At first, I didn't understand what was happening, I went for blood tests because my problem persisted and my hair was thinning even more. After visiting my dermatologist, I threw away the product. 6 months later, and my hair still hasn't recovered, tufts are falling out, it completely deteriorated, all because of the positive reviews I read and the tremendous advertising. If you look at the negative reviews on Amazon, you will see similar incidents to mine. Those of you who bought it, throw it away

I did not feel my hair softening or improving at all. I have dry hair, and it leaves a strange dry feeling after rinsing

Wonderful product. I use it once a week usually when I'm in a hurry and don't want to put on a mask, and it works wonders. It moisturizes the hair and gives it shine. It smells amazing, like the whole series, and it works in a few seconds as promised. I follow with conditioner for the perfect result.

Wasted money, it doesn't do what it promises, at least not on mine which are painted unlike the mask which is clearly better.

It leaves the hair soft and detangles it instantly! Now, for long-term results, I don't know as I have only used it a few times. I will buy it again even if it doesn't do anything long-term. It is a drugstore product that helps 100% with detangling WET hair!
Note: I have normal hair, straight hair that reaches down to where the chest starts.
