θεωρω χωρις να ειμαι γιατρος η φαρμακοποιος , οτι για απλη ενδυμωση του οργανισμού ειναι οκ 1 καψουλα. ομως για δοση εφοδου αν εισαι αρρωστος η πας να αρρωστησεις καλύτερη δουλεια θα κάνουν οι 2 σίγουρα
