    I bought it and cried my money. When connected to the socket, the indicator of good operation lights up but............ it doesn't heat up at all. The worst part is that if your hands touch it, you can't even easily open it to fix it because the screws are torx type with a pin in the middle so they can't be unscrewed.
    .....
    In a few words, it is a defective product, not user-friendly at all, which did not satisfy me. And since it is the second time I buy a Bison product that turns out to be defective, I will not choose it again. I replaced it with a Benman PT-40 and I am very satisfied so far.
