The machine is equipped with an integrated scale, just pour in the flour of your choice and fill the 375 ml water tank. Then the machine selects the correct amount of water according to the selected program and starts the preparation: mixing, kneading, and extruding the dough. An integrated fan dries the pasta as it comes out, preventing it from sticking.
The machine comes with 8 different accessories to prepare a wide range of recipes: spaghetti (thin, medium, and wide), tagliatelle, penne, fettuccine, and lasagna.
