Summer is here! This book aims to serve as a supportive resource for parents, guardians, and educators. It is based on an interdisciplinary approach to knowledge that leverages Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences.

The interdisciplinary curriculum for Kindergarten includes five directions in cognitive areas:

• Child and language: activities related to written and spoken language.
• Child and mathematics: activities in logical-mathematical thinking.
• Child and creation and expression: activities in music, visual arts, physical education, and dramatic arts.
• Child and environment: development of concepts from the social and natural world.

The activities that follow in the book are suggested to be done with the help of an adult and require an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, and acceptance from the adult, while simultaneously rewarding and encouraging the child's efforts.
