    Good non-stick and very light, due to the fact that the stainless steel is thin. I noticed that it is slightly slower compared to the aluminum ones. It is completely safe even if the non-stick coating gets scratched (which is also the reason I preferred it over the aluminum ones). Stainless steel is generally a better and safer material in terms of hygiene. If any problem arises in the future, I will return.
