The range of 20 kilometers can only be achieved in the first speed, which reaches up to 15 kilometers in ideal conditions, meaning without any turns or inclines. Unfortunately, in reality, it only reaches around 12 kilometers. I am disappointed with this purchase

Very good value for money!! It has nothing to envy from the equivalent Xiaomi, which costs 70+ more for no reason.. because I now have both in my possession, I clearly recommend the M11 due to its price. No problems so far, while with Xiaomi I had small issues from the beginning, enough to annoy me.
