The ninth edition of the "Military Criminal Law" has been released. In this edition, the work retains the character and structure that set it apart in readers' preferences, thanks to the comprehensive theoretical foundation and systematic interpretation of the Military Criminal Code.

With this new edition, efforts were made to incorporate interpretative principles and conditions reflecting the requirements of the modern rule of law and to record contemporary views in the case law that highlight and promote scientific interpretation in the field of the application of Military Criminal Law.

The work includes recent case law records and bibliographic views, enriched with comments and evaluations from the Author.
