The ninth edition of the "Military Criminal Law" has been published. In this edition, the work maintains the character and structure that distinguished it among readers' preferences, thanks to its comprehensive theoretical foundation and systematic interpretation of the Military Penal Code.

On the occasion of this new edition, efforts were made to incorporate interpretative principles and conditions that reflect the expectations of the modern rule of law, as well as to record contemporary jurisprudence perspectives that highlight and promote scientific interpretation in the application of Military Criminal Law.

The work includes recent case law records and bibliographic opinions, enriched with comments and evaluations by the Author.
