The device comes in an elegant box and includes three useful accessories. The device can be user-friendly thanks to the two buttons, but struggles to open wine corks. I may be wrong, but for example, it manages to open plastic corks of fresh wines, but sometimes it doesn't respond to classic corks. I tried with various batteries, but ultimately I am not satisfied with my choice
