Characteristics
The Malvasia Aromatica variety captures the fragrances of Spring in its aromatic character. With an intense floral character and distinctive fruit aromas, it is a white wine with refreshing acidity and a characteristic fruity aftertaste.
Vinification
Pre-fermentation cold extraction of the grapes at low temperature overnight. Fermentation of the must after clarification at temperatures up to 15°C. The new wine matures on its lees for several weeks before bottling.
