    If you are generally in a hurry, you don't have time, you want to eat quickly and throw the pan in the dishwasher, DO NOT continue below, search and find an aluminum non-stick pan.
    If you are a gourmet and have time to cook properly (with seasoning, etc.) and time to clean it afterwards as it should be and time to let it cool down and time to oil it and twice a year to do the proper seasoning in the oven... then you are in the right place.
    On induction hobs, any meat I have cooked is juicy and tasty, as if it were cooked on charcoal without the charcoal smell!
    Yes, it is heavy... because it is made of CAST IRON!!
