I use it for steaks, I wash it with hot water, dry it with a towel, and then coat it with oil on all surfaces so it stays rust-free. I got it because you can cook at high temperatures safely, unlike with non-stick pans.

Good and sturdy utensil, very heavy. I got it for the induction hob I have but it's not so convenient for the use I want it for. However, it is well made.

Good quality cast iron... the only negative thing is that its casting is a bit rough, resulting in many small casting reliefs on the frying surface... I solved this simply by smoothing the surface with an angle grinder, making it completely smooth... then seasoning it with oil in the oven at least 5 times... I find it hard to believe that without smoothing it can become non-stick unless there is a fairly thick oil seasoning because it is quite rough...! The good thing is that the pan withstands everything for the last 6 months without cracking and I really put it through a lot. The purchase is worth it for those who really don't want toxic coatings BUT you have to give it time!!! Temperature is everything... even the most non-stick cast iron will stick your food at a high enough temperature... give the material time to learn it and you will never change again. The pan is at the right price for its quality anyway

I didn't like it at all. Theoretically, it came ready with the return. I saw some instructions online on how to redo it and make it even better.

It is cast iron. It requires the processes that cast iron needs. It makes food tastier than the air fryer but has its cleaning and maintenance process. I use it alternately with the air fryer so it hasn't tired me out yet.

The frying pan is very good for its price!
I followed the instructions included regarding seasoning and maintenance, and so far I haven't encountered any issues.
I've been using it fully for 3 weeks now and I am absolutely satisfied! A different quality of cooking and taste (this generally applies to cast iron cookware)!
I believe it is a very good purchase, both in size and quality, if someone wants to try cooking with cast iron.

For the money it asks, it is top-notch. Other pans of this quality cost 50 euros or more. It comes pre-seasoned, but I seasoned it three more times only on the inside. The process: I heated it on medium heat and then closed my eyes and applied avocado oil, spreading it all over the surface. I let it sit for 5 minutes and then wiped it off with a cloth very well. Once it cools down, I repeat the process a total of 3 times and it's good to go. Also, with time, it gets even better

Excellent cast iron pan, as long as it is treated and maintained properly. I have also purchased the grill pan from the same company, as an addition.
