    A worthy continuation of the original trilogy's story, filled with returning characters who felt true to themselves and new, original, and unforgettable characters who continue to influence the new world of Star Wars many years later!

    Thrawn is a well-written villain on the level of Emperor-Vader, and it was always enjoyable to see him dominate every scene he was in, although his victories sometimes felt like he was cheating with the help of the author haha!

    One thing I didn't like was the numerous references to events that happened in the movies while trying to recreate familiar situations or ignite a flame of nostalgia, which seemed a bit cheap and made by simple fans of the universe.
