Είμαι 1.81, 85 κιλά και κάθομαι πάνω του κρατώντας 2 20κιλους αλτήρες κάνοντας προπόνηση εδώ και 6 μήνες. Δεν μου έχει παρουσιάσει κανένα προβλημα αλλά δεν θέλω και να σε πάρω στο λαιμό μου, νομίζω ότι είσαι οριακά.
