    Although extremely efficient in both cooling and heating, it is unacceptable for a 4-year-old machine to have its plastics break (polymerize) as if they have rotted in many places. The dealership is absent and pretends not to notice. If you want it for permanent heating, stay away—the plastics will become fragments in 3-4 years.

    Purchase 6 years ago. Izuru Eco 18000 BTU. Moderate and not demanding use. After noticing fluctuations in performance a year ago, the fault was investigated by a technician. Repair of the problematic circuit board, the problem reappeared months later, eventually requiring replacement of the board. Finally, after extensive research and hassle, details are unnecessary, any repair was deemed unprofitable and risky. Going for recycling almost like new.

    I bought an 18,000 BTU and a 12,000 BTU unit at the same time in 11/2022. They provide very nice cooling and heating, easy to use with wifi, etc. Unfortunately, Chinese quality and I bought them thinking they were Japanese... Even though I take special care of them, after 2.5 years the plastic parts started breaking on their own. It's as if their durability is only as long as the 2-year warranty. You check them and find more cracks in the plastic. I open them carefully to clean the filters and small pieces of plastic fall down, I don't even know where they're breaking from, you can't see, it's inside. Unacceptable product, waste of money. Stay away!!!! Better to get something more expensive that will last for years

    I put it in quiet mode and there is absolutely no difference from the first level, the fan produces the same airflow and the same noise which is too much to sleep and the worst part is that it stops for a few minutes and the room freezes, it waits for the room to drop 1 degree and then starts again, this is not called inverter, guys over there in CHINA.
    5 stars for a noisy and on-off air conditioner.

    Very good air conditioner, it heats up the room with humidity very quickly even though the house doesn't have good insulation, it does its job in 10 minutes with the option to heat up the unit outside first. As an owner of a 12btu unit, I am very satisfied overall. For the WiFi connection, I found a trick: you need to have the remote control and the phone close to the transmitter, right next to the air conditioner, and it connects directly without any problem. It has also affected me when there is a power outage and I have downloaded the heiwa with European options, it doesn't stick like the original

    Very efficient in heating to the point where we leave the door open and it warms up the rest of the room as well. It has not been tested for cooling yet, but I believe it will perform equally well.
    It cuts on and raises the temperature immediately and very smoothly.
    Many useful settings, flawless handling with wifi.
    If I had to complain about something, it would be the slightly increased noise on the higher fan settings and the illumination of the remote control that lasts for a second and does not help in the dark.

    So far, it is used for heating in the living room with excellent results.
    The wifi is very convenient if you want to place the air flow blinds in specific points with accuracy. It is not easy to achieve with the remote control.
    The outdoor unit is massive and it is recommended to be placed on the floor because if it is hung on the wall, it shakes the wall.
    You can't call it silent, but I don't think you will find this feature in many air conditioners.
    Definitely warranty for the circuit board because the cost of repair is not worth it and the problem usually occurs in the first few years.
    Purchased with the "Device Recycling" program
    €850 with 35% subsidy plus the cost of warranty.
    I will come back in the summer for cooling evaluation.

    I have 2 Toyotomi izuru air conditioners, one 12,000 from 2020 and one 24,000 from 2022. They perform quite well, BUT both of them make loud cracking noises (like plastic expanding and contracting) even 2 hours after continuous use. The noise is so loud that it abruptly wakes me up in the middle of the night. It is indicative and unacceptable that it happens in both devices, regardless of whether it is hot or cold weather and no matter what mode I put them in.

    Very good and economical, it has perfect heating and cooling performance, just be careful with the packaging. In one air conditioner, we were missing 2 HEPA filters, while the other one only had 1 when it should have had 2.

    The outdoor unit is larger than usual so that the indoor unit is relatively small for 18000btu.

    Although extremely efficient in both cooling and heating, it is unacceptable for a 4-year-old machine to have its plastics break (polymerize) as if they have rotted in many places. The dealership is absent and pretends not to notice. If you want it for permanent heating, stay away—the plastics will become fragments in 3-4 years.

    Purchase 6 years ago. Izuru Eco 18000 BTU. Moderate and not demanding use. After noticing fluctuations in performance a year ago, the fault was investigated by a technician. Repair of the problematic circuit board, the problem reappeared months later, eventually requiring replacement of the board. Finally, after extensive research and hassle, details are unnecessary, any repair was deemed unprofitable and risky. Going for recycling almost like new.

    I bought an 18,000 BTU and a 12,000 BTU unit at the same time in 11/2022. They provide very nice cooling and heating, easy to use with wifi, etc. Unfortunately, Chinese quality and I bought them thinking they were Japanese... Even though I take special care of them, after 2.5 years the plastic parts started breaking on their own. It's as if their durability is only as long as the 2-year warranty. You check them and find more cracks in the plastic. I open them carefully to clean the filters and small pieces of plastic fall down, I don't even know where they're breaking from, you can't see, it's inside. Unacceptable product, waste of money. Stay away!!!! Better to get something more expensive that will last for years

With an outside temperature of 36 degrees, I have the air conditioner at 26-27 degrees, on quiet mode and the atmosphere is great and quiet. Very powerful in cooling and heating.     The remote control has a one-second illumination when a button is pressed. This means that you have to turn on your phone to light up the remote control. The buttons do not have illumination. There is no "no sound" function, every button you press makes a characteristic beep sound.

    I put it in quiet mode and there is absolutely no difference from the first level, the fan produces the same airflow and the same noise which is too much to sleep and the worst part is that it stops for a few minutes and the room freezes, it waits for the room to drop 1 degree and then starts again, this is not called inverter, guys over there in CHINA.
    5 stars for a noisy and on-off air conditioner.

    Bought from Electrolux Patras, they recommended it to me as a very good air conditioner. In the end, they were right. It is an exceptional machine. Amazing performance, very good build quality. Completely silent both internally and externally.

When you see what the 24 does compared to the 9, you laugh. Maybe that's why I would only get a larger size for the bedroom, but it's excessive. My wife with a blanket, as usual ???

    Owner here for 4 years in size 18. Used in a 40 sqm house with one bedroom and a separate living room-kitchen. It cools/heats the whole house immediately. Quiet. Good odor filtering. No problems so far. Even in prolonged heatwaves, it works perfectly without any decrease in performance. I would buy it again with my eyes closed. The WiFi setup confused me a little, but everything is fine.

    Very good air conditioner, it heats up the room with humidity very quickly even though the house doesn't have good insulation, it does its job in 10 minutes with the option to heat up the unit outside first. As an owner of a 12btu unit, I am very satisfied overall. For the WiFi connection, I found a trick: you need to have the remote control and the phone close to the transmitter, right next to the air conditioner, and it connects directly without any problem.     Very efficient in heating to the point where we leave the door open and it warms up the rest of the room as well. It has not been tested for cooling yet, but I believe it will perform equally well.
    It cuts on and raises the temperature immediately and very smoothly.
    Many useful settings, flawless handling with wifi.
    If I had to complain about something, it would be the slightly increased noise on the higher fan settings and the illumination of the remote control that lasts for a second and does not help in the dark.

    So far, it is used for heating in the living room with excellent results.
    The wifi is very convenient if you want to place the air flow blinds in specific points with accuracy. It is not easy to achieve with the remote control.
    The outdoor unit is massive and it is recommended to be placed on the floor because if it is hung on the wall, it shakes the wall.
    You can't call it silent, but I don't think you will find this feature in many air conditioners.
    Definitely warranty for the circuit board because the cost of repair is not worth it and the problem usually occurs in the first few years.
    Purchased with the "Device Recycling" program
    €850 with 35% subsidy plus the cost of warranty.
    I will come back in the summer for cooling evaluation.

    I have 2 Toyotomi izuru air conditioners, one 12,000 from 2020 and one 24,000 from 2022. They perform quite well, BUT both of them make loud cracking noises (like plastic expanding and contracting) even 2 hours after continuous use. The noise is so loud that it abruptly wakes me up in the middle of the night. It is indicative and unacceptable that it happens in both devices, regardless of whether it is hot or cold weather and no matter what mode I put them in.

    Purchase 6 years ago. Izuru Eco 18000 BTU. Moderate and not demanding use. After noticing fluctuations in performance a year ago, the fault was investigated by a technician. Repair of the problematic circuit board, the problem reappeared months later, eventually requiring replacement of the board. Finally, after extensive research and hassle, details are unnecessary, any repair was deemed unprofitable and risky. Going for recycling almost like new.

    I bought an 18,000 BTU and a 12,000 BTU unit at the same time in 11/2022. They provide very nice cooling and heating, easy to use with wifi, etc. Unfortunately, Chinese quality and I bought them thinking they were Japanese... Even though I take special care of them, after 2.5 years the plastic parts started breaking on their own. It's as if their durability is only as long as the 2-year warranty. You check them and find more cracks in the plastic. I open them carefully to clean the filters and small pieces of plastic fall down, I don't even know where they're breaking from, you can't see, it's inside. Unacceptable product, waste of money. Stay away!!!! Better to get something more expensive that will last for years
