Very good, even though it’s one of the cheapest—and perhaps the cheapest in Greece—that combines all these measurement functions.

I’ve measured capacitors, resistors, VDC, VAC, frequencies, temperatures, and used the NCV function to detect current inside walls, and everything seems to measure correctly.
When measuring resistances, it often reads 0.3–0.4 ohms instead of 0.0 ohms.
And with capacitors, it is often within +/- 0.1 uF compared with an LCR meter reading.
Even so, I believe these deviations are very small, and overall I consider it reliable in its measurements.

I haven’t used the amp clamp yet to see how it measures.

The display, which many people say is dark, is perfectly fine indoors. Outdoors in bright sunlight, it may not be very easy to see.

For its price of around €46, it’s excellent.

For its features, quality, and price (I paid €45), it is simply excellent (it also comes with a carrying case and batteries).
There is no design flaw regarding its screen, which is a colorful OLED display. However, what I understand (given that when you turn it on, the priority is DC) is that this particular device mainly targets the field of building installations and automotive space, where the volume of work and usage takes place indoors rather than outdoors. In well-lit indoor spaces, even in complete darkness, this specific screen is clear and transparent. You can easily have the device four meters away from you and still see the screen indicators clearly. However, in outdoor environments and under intense sunlight, this screen suffers, and the indicators can barely be distinguished when holding the device in your hand. So, if someone needs such a device mainly for outdoor work, then this is not what I would recommend.
Its measurements are accurate, but due to the large scale (1000V, 1000A) in very low voltage and current, it will show zero readings up to a certain point. For example, it starts giving a measurement value from 100mA and above, so it is not reliable for someone who relies on this device for measurements of such scale. But then again, who buys such a device for such measurements?

Its measurements are accurate. The problem it faces is that its screen is not clear in bright light.
I bought it for measurements in photovoltaics. With sunlight, you can hardly see anything.
Unfortunately, it has a wrong design while it appears to be a good instrument with many measurement options.

Description & Specifications

The HT208D is a practical device with which you can check the value of various parameters, for example, AC and DC voltage and current, resistance, temperature, input current, and many others. The product provides accurate measurements and the results are displayed on the LCD screen. The HT208D also features a flashlight for convenient operation in dark rooms.

Multifunctional device

You will use the HT208D in many situations. You can check the value of AC voltage, resistance, capacitance, temperature, frequency, NCV, etc. Additionally, you can also check continuity and the true RMS value.

Safe Use

The device is absolutely safe to use. For example, you can detect voltage without touching, thanks to the NCV sensors. The meter's jaws, with a maximum width of 40 mm, allow you to take measurements comfortably without damaging the circuit. The flashlight function ensures comfortable and safe work in dark rooms.

Additional features

When receiving an electromagnetic signal, the NCV sensor will send an audible alarm and if the voltage or current is high, the color of the LCD screen will turn orange. Additionally, the device will automatically shut down to save energy if no action is taken within 15 minutes.
