Καλύτερα το βράδυ. Το χρησιμοποιείς μια φορά την ημέρα. Όποτε καλύτερα το βράδυ. Μετά φυσικά θα πρέπει να βάλεις και μια κρέμα ματιών κατά την γνώμη μου για να υπάρχει καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα.
