    Its power is in the central beam that makes night into day and goes really far.
    The second beam has a diffusion light so you can see wider at close range.
    In the end, they can also work together so you can see everywhere.
    Overall, it is an expensive purchase but it is worth its money when you want something reliable and powerful in a headlamp.
    As for use, I did light painting at Meteora in nighttime photography and even though there was a slight fog, my light was illuminating the monastery across which was definitely over 50 meters away!
