εγώ το βάζω ανά δεύτερη μέρα που λούζομαι (έχω πολύ λιπαρά μαλλιά) . φυσικά και μπορείς να τα αναμίξεις προσοχή όμως στην ποσότητα . αν βάλεις πολύ δε θα έχεις καλό αποτέλεσμα
