    3 scales 600/900/1500W... Be aware... it is relatively small in size and ideal only for very small space & insulated (e.g. toilet, small kitchen, storage room, caravan)... in a 7sqm space without insulation (with 5-6 drafts it struggles a bit) at 15C inside (11C outside) the thermostat at 2.5 (halfway) at 900W takes 16 minutes on/9 off/10 on/9 off/9 on/8 off/9 on/9 off etc... it took a while to reach 17C... I'm satisfied for a space without insulation and without any other heating with these settings so far (I sit next to it) and it has the option of another scale and opening the thermostat for colder temperatures.

    I tried it in a 13.5sqm room without insulation (the manufacturer says up to 12sqm with good insulation - I doubt it in very cold weather) same temperatures and thermostat, it goes the same, approximately the same time on/off but it doesn't heat up, it needs full 1500W and more opening on the thermostat (to burn more time) to cut the coldness in the non-insulated and larger room...
    For larger rooms, if you go for oil-filled, get a larger size with bigger/wider, taller & at least 9 fins.
    I believe for its size, price, and the very small space it covers, it is decent... as for the DEI bill, I don't know yet
