I never received the product. I cannot speak with anyone to clear up the issue so presently it looks as though I have lost my money also.

It probably works well. I can't know for sure, but it definitely hasn't caused me any problems (intestines, etc.)

In general, I have the best opinion from experience about Now Foods supplements, tested for purity which is important to me. As for the IUs, we prefer the 10,000 ones, so that we don't have to take it every day and depending on the test levels, always in combination with K2 for proper absorption.

I had initially bought these at 5000iu.
In the tests I did in May 2025, my vitamin D was at 53, to the point where the pathologist said, "stop taking it or you might get harmed, it's too high."
I made the mistake in 2026 of switching to D3 4000iu+K2 (MK7) because I fell for the story that this way absorption is better and all that nonsense.
The new vitamin was in tablet form, not a soft capsule.
Tests in June 2026 after at least 4 months of continuous daily use of the new supplement, vitamin D was at 23.
I was shocked. Unacceptable and inexplicable for a branded product.
I threw it in the trash and I'm going back to the soft capsules from NOW Foods.

I always trust Now Foods supplements and this product, Vitamin D with 10,000 IU helped me increase my Vitamin D blood levels. I also make sure to take with Vitamin K2 and magnesium.

Correct dosage, neither too high nor too low, one of the best on the market. I used to take the 10,000 for a megadose but after consulting with my doctor, we saw that I need 4500-5000 daily, so I take this supplement 6 times a week or every day and I am extremely energetic. Know that the more frequently you take D3, the more effective it is, and of course at the right dose. Don't listen to talk about sun and Greece and nonsense—I had immune system problems for years that disappeared after taking this specific supplement within 2 months. Better even than pharmaceutical products, just so you know! Always take it with fats, 10-11 grams, and in the morning or noon, never at night—you won't be able to sleep.

Just fine for its price. It raised my D3 to a point where my doctor said okay, that's enough. Of course, my tests were done in June with a lot of sun outside, but I don't go out of the house and I also work remotely. I will start taking it again in the winter!

Within two months, I raised it from 25 to 81 in combination with vitamin K2 from the same company, daily intake of 10,000 units of D3 and 200 of K2

I am very satisfied with this product. I will speak for myself since not all supplements work the same for all of us. It did exactly what I wanted, to raise the D to a level and then maintain it with fewer units. It worked and I saw tangible results both in my mood and functions. Excellent product, it does exactly what it promises in a natural way. It does not burden the stomach, raises the vitamin levels in the body (something that is clearly visible in blood tests), and it has indeed fully protected me so much that this winter I had no hint of illness.

Don't forget two basic things. Vitamin D is fat-soluble, so take it with food, and you build up your D reserves over time. So you need to take it for weeks until a reserve is created in the body and then, of course, maintain it.

It helps relatively quickly in increasing vitamin levels in the body. I recommend them because of the quantity of D-3 (5K) per capsule and the price.
