The problem it presented from the first moment is that it works for 20-30 minutes, and then its function stops. I tried about 10 discs on 2 TVs, same thing. After 2-3 hours, it starts working again for 20-30 minutes. No comparison to Sony devices we used to buy. I reported the problem over the phone to the purchasing store, they gave me a Sony phone number. There they tell me, we are only for TVs and Playstations. They gave me the phone number of AV service in Glyfada. Of course, all this with a 10-minute wait on the phone, charged to me. AV service told me that I have to bring it to them myself to see it. Meaning, I have to lose a day to bring it, plus the expenses, and another day to pick it up, plus the expenses. No, this is not after-sales service for me. They should have sent a technician to check it, if it's a device problem to replace it, or if it's my problem to pay for the technician and replacement. Okay, they took 45 euros. Never again Sony products.
