Ναι, αν και το ανοξείδωτο δε δουλεύει όπως το κλασικό αντικολλητικό τεφλόν που βάζεις το φαγητό ακόμα και σε κρύο σκεύος και πάλι δεν κολλάει. Το ανοξείδωτο θέλει προθέρμανση πρώτα χωρίς το φαγητό, και όταν ζεσταθεί ρίχνεις λίγο λάδι και το φαγητό.
