It is excellent for painful pimples on the scalp. I believe I saw a big difference in three weeks regarding sebum and dandruff because I also stopped using all those cosmetics that we women use to add volume, reduce oiliness, etc., which contain alcohol and other substances that irritate the scalp. 4 stars because it doesn't foam.

Coming from Ultrex which did nothing, this is a thousand times better. I have been using it for months now and I have completely forgotten that I ever had itching and dandruff on my head. I haven't felt even a second of itching for months. The dandruff disappeared and it also helps a lot with oily hair. After every use, the hair is very soft. I regret not discovering it earlier... It saved me!!!

It is good for its job.. it has no scent nor much foam but it really soothes the scalp if you use it properly.. it's the only one that has helped me

Excellent for frequent use. Cleans the scalp and relieves itching and sores. Like most, if not all, medicinal shampoos of its type, it does not lather easily. Needs two washes. During flare-ups and for maintenance, it is combined with another medicinal shampoo that lathers even less (1 wash per week/month with the other) and you really find relief.
The only negative is that the packaging is small.

Due to seborrheic dermatitis, which has the bad habit of recurring quite often, I have tried many products! This particular one somewhat does the job, but I can't say it completely removes the irritations... it just seems to soothe them! After 2-3 washes, there it is again! As for the scent, guys... I haven't found a single product that smells even somewhat tolerable! It's as if a good scent has been deemed forbidden for such products! I'm tired of this rodent poison smell! Anyway, I rate the product as moderately effective..

WRONGLY referred to as seborrheic dermatitis. It contains castor oil which is highly prohibited, and two other unsuitable substances. For other conditions, it may be good.

Shock! Amazing product, one week of use and my hair and eyebrows are in place. Healthy scalp, I don't see a single white flake anymore (I have tried similar products from Ducray that worsened the situation and from Vichy that did a relatively good job but with more use and definitely not with such a good result). The smell is okay, the only little issue is that coming out of the shower, the hair is so stiff that it creaks. Really though, I haven't seen such a healthy scalp in years, totally worth it.

In combination with a prescription from a dermatologist, the results were visible in the first week. Now I use it in between shampoos from the market. You need to leave it on for 5 minutes before rinsing.

It stops atopic dermatitis on the scalp and stops the scalp from itching. It is very good. However, its packaging is very small.
