    Excellent aroma just like all the others from Myprotein, for smoothies, coffees, yogurt, ice cream, I haven't used it for cakes so I don't know how it reacts to baking, much milder and "sweeter" taste that forgives if you add 5-6 drops more compared to other caramels that very easily become "chemical"
