The GlenAllachie 10 years Cask Strength Batch 6 is a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks along with a small amount of Virgin Oak and Rioja. The resulting whisky bursts with delightful notes of honey, mocha, orange peel, and spicy cinnamon. Batch 6 is bottled at 57.8%, without chill filtration and in natural color. With a rich mahogany color and aromas of heather honey, dark chocolate and mocha, almonds, cinnamon, and orange peel. Waves of dark chocolate on the palate, mocha, heather honey and almonds, cinnamon, marmalade, and grapefruit.
