Με την κλασική έννοια του τηλεφώνου ΟΧΙ. Μόνο από εφαρμογές τύπου viber, messenger κλπ. Αν ας πούμε έχεις αγοράσει χρόνο ομιλίας στο viber θα μπορείς να καλείς σταθερά, αλλά όχι ειδικούς αριθμούς, τριψήφια, πενταψήφια κλπ όπως το 100 ή το 11880
