Unacceptable product, unacceptable service from the support team. The machine has frozen and does not boot into its operating system. I have contacted support twice to send me the firmware for a reset, but they have ignored me. Money wasted, stay away!

The only negative thing is the very low-quality HDMI that comes in the package. At first, the box would restart on its own and I thought it was defective. I changed the cable and everything was fine. Also, make sure to include a mouse, it is necessary. It doesn't have the user-friendliness of the mi. Update. It continues to restart every few days and requires a factory reset. So, you lose everything you have installed. The store where I returned it as defective told me there was nothing wrong with it. Unfortunately, I lost my money.

Well, I have heard a lot about Android TV boxes and I was considering getting one. I decided on the Lamtech and made the best choice. It doesn't freeze, it has everything, and the remote control is user-friendly. It works perfectly even from a distance of 8 meters in another room without any freezing. It's an excellent choice for its price, with sufficient RAM and memory. I got it for IPTV
