Η συγκεκριμένη απλά διαλύεται με το σάλιο από τη γλώσσα.
Τώρα πρωί, μεσημέρι νηστικός ή μετά από φαγητό δεν έχει σημασία.
Σημασία έχει να μη γίνει κατανάλωση καφεΐνης (καφέδες τσάι αναψυκτικά τύπου κόλα) πριν ή μετά τη λήψη της για 30 λεπτά.
