    I switched from taking one capsule of Solgar D3 4000iu every 4 days, to taking one capsule daily of this product (Solgar D3 1000iu). The result was a significant decrease in D3 levels in my blood (confirmed through a relevant blood test, of course).

    It is better to prefer a higher dosage of D3 and take it at longer intervals (the vitamin-hormone D is stored in fatty tissue and used by the body whenever it needs it).
