Εξαρτάται. Καλύτερα να μιλήσετε με έναν φυσικοθεραπευτή γιατί μόνο του τίποτα δε θα βοηθήσει. Χρειάζεται να συνδυαστεί και με κάποια παράλληλη θεραπεία (π.χ. ασκήσεις).
