Είναι πολύ σκληρό χάπι, οπότε δεν είναι εύκολο να το μασήσεις. Θα σου πρότεινα να το κόψεις στη μέση και να το πάρεις μισό-μισό, ώστε να μην έχεις θέμα με την κατάποση.
