The sink from Maidtec is made of stainless steel. It is resistant to rust and heat, while also having high resistance to strong acids such as nitric acid, alkaline solutions, and solutions of organic and inorganic salts. It also prevents the implantation and survival of bacteria.

It is easy to clean, requires minimal maintenance, and does not deteriorate over time. From an aesthetic point of view, its neutral color makes it suitable for any kitchen, without negatively affecting the decor.

Its finish is satin, meaning smooth, and requires more care as salts are more visible.

Sinks

It features a large basin, which facilitates the washing of large utensils, such as baking trays. 

At the same time, it has a large draining board with special lines that direct the surface water into the basin, allowing you to place your washed dishes and let them dry faster.

Installation

The installation is inset, meaning it is recessed into the countertop and its rim protrudes. It is the easiest and most common installation method for kitchen sinks. Essentially, the weight of the sink is supported by the countertop itself, with some support points underneath for stabilization. Sealing is achieved with insulating material, such as silicone, placed around the perimeter of the hole, under the rim.

A major practical disadvantage of inset sinks is the rim, which makes cleaning difficult and prevents water that falls onto the countertop from being wiped directly into the basin.
