I have had this phone for 5 years. The only thing that happened is that the little ears from the battery cover broke and I had to glue it. It hasn't had any other issues. If someone wants a simple phone just for calls, this is the solution.

I received it the day before yesterday. It still seems quite good for its price. The only negative thing so far is that it is very waterproof and maybe that's why it doesn't catch signal in areas where other phones catch 1-2 bars. But it managed to fall once from about 2 meters and didn't hear it at all, almost turned itself back on. So it's better to be sturdy and not catch signal so well, because I probably would have broken it already.

Very good indeed, the only downside is that due to excessive use on 2 of my phones, the charger port has been damaged. It doesn't charge on its own, it just suddenly shows that the headphones are connected and they can't hear me when I speak...

Attention to the charger plug. It only wants its own or one that the plug that goes into the phone is longer. Otherwise, it is only for phone use. When you close the back cover, make sure it has pressed well on the rubber flange and screw the screws and press the rubber "cap" into the charging port. I had mistakenly used a different charger. It requires exclusively its own charger. The charger plug is longer because the phone has a rubber cover. The battery lasts for days. It is aimed at those who want a simple and durable mobile phone.

I have had this particular mobile phone for over a year. I am very satisfied because it has fallen at least 20 times during agricultural work and even twice in mud. Also, I can't count how many times my children have dropped it on the floor. Before this, I had changed three mobile phones within 2 years due to moisture. The mobile phone is only suitable for talking and texting or for self-defense due to its weight.

Review update 11/1/2019: The mobile phone continues to work perfectly. In the past few days, it has fallen in the snow twice and I almost lost it. Be careful to only use its own USB for charging and handle it with care.

Just a waterproof mobile phone with the basic functions that mobile phones had 10 years ago. Nothing less, nothing more.

Purchased on 2/17. Great difficulty inserting the mini USB to charge. Eventually, the mini USB broke after 2 months, it doesn't charge, which is logical since it was defective from the beginning. Not covered by warranty because they claim "we broke it ourselves." Extremely poor communication with the dealership. To everyone (Unfortunately, it's not even worth 10€). The cost they ask to fix it is overpriced, considering it's worth as much as a new one. NEVER AGAIN caterpillar.

The phone has a very good battery, it has a camera, durable construction.

But the screen has an issue. That is, it turns gray with only backlight. It doesn't show anything. It's only bright, even though I tried many times to unlock it with a combination of the 2 buttons, because I couldn't see anything, even with removing the battery (unscrewing the two screws every now and then).

The phone doesn't easily recover.

Well, it's a good phone. It has a problem with the mini USB charging port, which you won't have if you charge it with its own charger. It has a very good speaker and it has survived being dropped and run over by a trolley and a car. I also regularly get it wet and it's worth every penny

The charging port broke, like many others here. They asked me for 45 euros for repair, and when I refused, they asked for 9 euros for diagnostics. I left it with them so that I wouldn't have to pay either of those and so they wouldn't remember me

My screen and glass broke when I fell on a rural road and hit it hard. The store where I bought it sent it to the dealership and in 1 week they sent me back a new Caterpillar B25 Dual. Now, as for the phone, it is very good for simple use. However, we should not have high expectations.
