It's okay, it works under certain conditions. The reception is very good, but it doesn't function properly during transmission. The chip enable of the 485 is directly controlled (with an inversion) by the TX data pin, without even a capacitor for delay. However, with a small modification, it can easily be changed to be controlled by the RTS or DTR.
I haven't found anything similar that works correctly, so it's the best solution considering the cost. However, it requires soldering.

φιλε μου αυτο ειναι ένα usb για καλώδιο . Στο πράσινο πισω συνδέεις αρνητικό και θετικό και με το usb παίρνεις ρευμα απο θύρα usb . Δεν χρειάζεται ντράιβερ κλπ.
