    Overall, it seems good at transferring heat to the cookware. The problem is that it easily and quickly (with each use) gets dirty and the surface turns black, which is difficult to clean afterward. It goes without saying that the bottom of the cookware and the adapter itself are free from liquids and foreign substances. I don't know if there is any other cleaning method besides the intense rubbing with a stainless steel sponge.
