Rida fabric dye colors up to 500 g of fabric per pack. It can be used by hand or in the washing machine. For wool, hand dyeing is recommended to prevent shrinkage or changes in size.
For hand dyeing, dissolve the dye in 3 liters of water at 40 °C. Keep the garment at a boil for 30–45 minutes, stirring occasionally. For cotton, add 1 cup of salt; for wool, add 1 glass of vinegar. Then rinse with cold water until the water runs clear, wash with warm water and vinegar, and dry in the shade. For machine dyeing, place the dye and salt in the dry drum along with the wet garments, spread out. Select a full cycle of at least 45 minutes, without prewash, at the highest temperature, up to 90 °C. In front-loading washing machines, the plastic parts may become stained.
