When I received my package, I immediately noticed a large number of dead ants inside the box. At first, I didn't think much of it. Then I checked the bag of pet food and saw that it had several small holes. There were also dead ants inside the bag. I chose not to contact you at that time, assuming it was an isolated incident.

However, now that I've reached about halfway through the bag, I have to sort through the food every time before feeding my pet because I keep finding dead ants and other insects mixed in with the food.

I understand that replacing products can be costly for a seller, but this situation is unacceptable. Proper pest control and storage conditions should be in place to prevent this from happening.

This food should not be sold in this condition, as it may pose a serious risk to an animal's health and safety.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and offer an appropriate solution.

I have a small dog. Very picky with its food. It is 3 years old, and in the past few months, it even eats dry food alone (without mixing it with our food). I recommend it! Good quality-price ratio and in a small size that suits my dog.

Unfortunately, while my dog really liked it, we had to stop giving it to her because it caused problems with her digestion. There is a difference between the puppy and adult versions in the ingredients that her intestines couldn't handle. Such a shame
