HealthTrade rosemary essential oil is derived from the plant’s leaves and branches and obtained by steam distillation. It is used in perfumery and cosmetics, as well as for massage, room fragrance, baths and compresses.

For massage, add 6 drops to 2 teaspoons of almond or avocado oil, or 20–25 drops to 50 ml of either oil. For a bath, mix 4–8 drops with milk or honey before adding to the water. For compresses, add 3–6 drops to 100 ml of warm or cold water. It can be combined with lavender, peppermint and tea tree essential oils.
