Απλά το αφήνετε λίγο να κάτσει μετά το ανακάτεμα και είναι έτοιμο. Ο αφρός είναι αναπόφευκτος σε αυτά τα γάλατα. Άρα η λύση είναι το να το προετοιμαζετε λίγη ώρα πριν καταναλωθεί
