I wonder about the complaints regarding mapping. Yes, it doesn't save the map. However, while it operates, it does mapping, it knows where it has passed and goes everywhere. It usually goes over all spots twice. The mopping is average but if the stains are recent, it's just fine. If they are not recent, I pour a little water on the spots and everything is fine. It does not recognize no-go zones but if you buy the extra tape, you can mark the boundaries so it doesn't go there. For the money, it's just fine. The only serious problem for me is that when it mops, it can't recognize rugs. So you have to set the boundaries yourself either with obstacles or the special tape. The suction power is average, but on the one hand, that's not necessarily a bad thing (it protects the rugs), and on the other hand, with daily or at least frequent use, the rugs stay clean, or if you haven't vacuumed for a long time, you'll get a very good result after two uses. You pay 300 and not 1500 or 1800 euros. You buy a Fiat 500 and wonder why it doesn't overtake like a Ferrari.

For its price, it does its job. I've had it for 3 years.

The instructions do not mention anywhere what might be going wrong or what the beep means, nor did I find any relevant instructions on the Rowenta website. Unfortunately, the product is currently difficult to use and I will have to contact the store where I bought it to help me resolve the issue. I hope the product I bought is defective.

The company misleads by saying that it maps, meaning that it simply shows you in the app which areas it has cleaned each time. It does not have the ability to save a map.

Secondly, the app does not work for more than five consecutive minutes. That is, you cannot even see which areas it has cleaned.

You cannot make it clean while you are away because it gets stuck everywhere.

Also, it does not clean well at all. It goes over the dog's fur and simply pushes it further.

The only thing that works is the staircase detector, which means it does not fall down stairs.

It's a shame I spent 300 euros and I have put it on a ten-month installment plan. And I will be the one paying for it and cleaning.
