  • Warm-climate species.
  • Extremely resistant to salinity and heavy trampling.
  • Suitable for island and coastal areas.

Requires low mowing in winter and goes dormant when the temperature drops below 4 degrees Celsius. With the rise in temperature in spring, it regains its green color.

Useful Tips for Lawn Installation

  • The lawn requires soil with very good drainage and aeration.
  • Remove weeds from the area before seeding using weed killer.
  • Add balanced fertilizer with trace elements and sand if needed.
  • Install the irrigation system and level the soil with a rake.
  • Water and let the soil dry for two days before seeding.
  • Spread the seed mixed with sand and lightly cover with a rake.
  • Water for 10 minutes every 12 hours for one week.
  • Avoid frequent watering during the summer months.
  • Apply fungicide once a month as a precaution.
