Unfortunately, it didn’t work well for me. I wanted to measure the temperature of the wax in the pot, and it was showing all sorts of random readings. I don’t know why—does the laser beam reflect? What can I say.

Very good and user-friendly. I use it to find where cold air enters, in the fireplace/oven, in the bread (dough temperature), etc.

After a lot of searching and testing, I can say that I finally found an affordable and good IR thermometer that satisfies me. It has a very good display with clear indications even in bright outdoor areas. It also has an adjustable emissivity index for different materials. Its size is satisfactory and it fits very well in my medium to large hand.

Its accuracy is also very satisfactory and the laser beam is also strong and clear, both indoors and outdoors. In the photos, I have it next to another thermometer for comparison. The laser dot may not be as clear in the outdoor photo, but that is due to the camera. In reality, it was very visible while the laser of the other thermometer was completely invisible.

I want to emphasize that the Thermo Pro (on the left) is set to display the average temperature while the other one is set to display the maximum temperature. Hence, the deviation shown in the photo.
