    Neither gel, nor waterproof!!!!
    A very hard pencil (literally hurts to "write") that barely colors like a gray shadow, you can't even make an eyeliner line..
    And of course, it's not waterproof... it smudges with a little water immediately....
    UNACCEPTABLE...

    I bought it hoping to find a cheaper version of the equivalent gel pencil from Avon which is amazing (and no, I'm not crazy about Avon at all, nevertheless..).

    FEEDBACK: I sharpened it and it was broken inside... completely useless...
