New hybrid elastomeric roof sealant, based on acrylic polyurethane water. Its elasticity makes it ideal for roof insulation as it forms an impermeable membrane for moisture and standing water.

• To ensure proper adhesion of the paint, the surface to be painted must be cleaned of dust, grease, oils, peeling old paint, rust, mold residue, or moisture.
• Prime the surface with Life dur oil primer and let it dry for 1 - 2 hours.
• Apply a layer of MONOSTOP PU-HYBRID and let it dry for 24 hours.
• Apply the second coat in a cross pattern and once it dries and the first coat becomes tacky.
• The product reaches its full mechanical strength after 20 - 30 days.

Application conditions

Avoid applying the product at temperatures below 6°C and above 40°C, and when the relative humidity is higher than 80%.

Adverse conditions during application can alter the final properties of the product.
