New technology hybrid elastomeric roof sealant, based on water acrylic polyurethane. Its elasticity makes it ideal for roof insulation as it forms an impermeable membrane against moisture and standing water.

• To ensure proper paint adhesion, the surface to be painted must be cleaned of dust, grease, oils, peeling old paints, rust, mold or moisture residues.
• Prime the surface with Life dur primer and let it dry for 1 - 2 hours.
• Apply one coat of MONOSTOP PU-HYBRID and let it dry for 24 hours.
• Apply the second coat crosswise after the first coat has dried and become walkable.
• The product acquires all its mechanical strengths after 20 - 30 days.

Application conditions

Avoid applying the product at temperatures below 6°C and above 40°C and when the relative humidity is greater than 80%.

Adverse conditions during application can alter the final properties of the product.
