The Beliá olive oil is produced from the private olive grove of the Stratikopoulos family, where the production process is monitored with respect for tradition and the environment.

• Produced exclusively from Koroneiki olives.
• It has a medium-intensity fruity aroma with a balanced taste of bitter and spicy notes.
• Flavors of freshly cut grass, wild oregano and thyme, mountain tea, and lemon.
• Harvested by hand at the right time, usually late October – early November.
• Cold pressing is done immediately, maintaining low acidity (<0.3%) and high concentration of natural phenols.
